Ms. Harris was a resident at an Adult Home. She claimed that Ms. Oliff, proprietor of the Adult Home embezzled some $15,000 from her. In a criminal trial, Ms. Oliff was found not guilty of the embezzlement. Ms. Harris then hired Gary Hershner who obtained a total verdict of $45,000 against Ms. Oliff.
